A total of 25 years of experience in Accounts, Finance & Taxation in manufacturing, trading, and telecommunication industries. Further, my career as a General Manager (F & A) in a challenging environment where my skills are recognized and my knowledge can be enhanced for my personnel development as well for the benefit of the organization. 1. The responsibilities in my career started from the monthly accounts, GST, income tax & preparation of MIS reports. Presently involved in finalization of accounts, monthly presentation of income & expenditure statement to management. financial planning of the company, project finance, revenue and cash management ,Company and SPV formation, direct & indirect taxation. I am also see the business development of the company in transmission, power, solar sector. My exposure is mainly in Indian and International markets. 2. I am also engage in Trade Finance, 3. Project Finance ( $ 50 million and above) 4. Finance against the listed share on stock exchange. 5. Merger and Amalgamation. I am looking challenging role as a senior executive level anywhere in the world. Where I can share my knowledge in the development of business and the organization.
