Show less • As the legal lead responsible for launching products, including SaaS, security and unified comms, contributing to a projected revenue of £650m over the past two years, I have cultivated strong relationships with regulatory, compliance, procurement and data protection teams, promoting a collaborative approach to achieving our business objectives.• Led the legal aspects of three global price initiatives at BT, which resulted in an impressive incremental revenue of £19.8m for the 2022/23 period. I maintained regular communication with the senior global leadership team, providing comprehensive briefings on project progress, commercial risks, revenue recognition, and legal positions across multiple countries.• I played a pivotal role as the legal lead in the successful launch of BT Operator Connect. I was responsible for negotiating the Microsoft partnership agreement, drafting customer terms, and ensuring a seamless digital order journey. I am currently the legal lead for BT Global Fabric.• Initiated and fostered knowledge-sharing initiatives within the legal, sales, and contract community, partnering with BT’s legal consulting business to leverage their expertise and drive strategic projects for the benefit of BT, ultimately enhancing our overall business performance.• As part of the merged Global and Enterprise business I am currently the legal lead on a project to modularise and integrate the product terms. Collaborating with all business units, employing Agile methodology to revamp product terms, and streamline the customer order journey through digitalisation.• Additionally, I have the privilege of serving as the Account Manager for Cancer Research UK and The Brook under BT's Pro Bono Scheme, further expanding my professional repertoire.
