Ensure safe, reliable, efficient, optimize and economical operation of Thermal Power Plant and associated Balance of Plant including Coal & Ash Conveying Plant, Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant.2. Authorized Personnel for issuing Permit-to-Work and confirming the plant isolation and normalization procedure.3. Authorized Personnel for any communication between National Load Dispatch Center (NLDC) and other authorities and regulatory bodies.4. On Scene commander (OSC) for Emergency Response Team (ERT)5.
