      - Managed a team of up to 14 Capacity Analysts, Operations Research Engineers, Software Developers, Project Managers, Software Architects and Decision Scientists - Provided the capacity forecast from 0 to 24 months for an assembly/test development factory including capital recommendations, collateral purchases and headcount planning- Developed multiple automated systems to run factory operations.
