Championed development of strategies to reduce production costs and improve profitability. Collaborated with clients, sales, technical, and internal consulting teams to oversee all projects.

      Established a new Talent Acquisition function across Asia & MEA, driving global consistency of recruitment services to Franklin Templeton businesses in twelve countries. Reduced the time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics in critical locations across South East Asia by reducing expenses on external hiring agencies. Member of Global Talent Acquisition leadership team that defined programs, services & governance for talent acquisition globally. Additional responsibility for the global HR Shared Services unit that delivered administrative and technical support services for HR Centres of Excellence. Oversaw the transfer and re-engineering of 40+ HR business processes that reduced costs and streamlined operational effectiveness.
