In this position, I was able to observe and gain first hand experience in both civil and criminal courts and learn more about the judicial process in general. After trials, I sat with judges and discussed their ultimate rulings on cases and how they arrived at that conclusion. I was also able to discuss my own opinions with the judges in order to better understand the judicial process.
