  I was an attorney for this public company and my main activities were representing the company at court and counseling. I dealt with Labor and Business cases in which the company was involved. I was also responsible for giving counsel to directors and the president of the company. Since I already dealt with contracts when litigating, I was also member of the procurement team and helped them developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
