This also involves working with over 200+ athletes from a variety of sports. These athletes range from professional, Olympic and international levels from 16 different sports and 5 High-performance sports. I am assisting in the prescribed testing protocols for individual athletes on the high-performance programme including use of the latest force plate technology. Communicating and liaising with the lead coaches to support them with whatever is needed to help the programme run smoothly. Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all athletes in-season, off-season, and pre-season. Programs that reflect research-driven practices and Analysing movement patterns to ensure exercises are completed safely and effectively, developing a good rapport with athletes to increase buy-in for the overall programme, display confidence on the gym floor to be a point of contact for athletes should they require assistance in the general maintenance of the gym equipment. Furthermore, Injured athletes engaged in rehabilitation consult with the sports medicine team and coach to take further action.
