      A family Non Profit trust started in the name of my late Grand Mother by my parents Dr N Ramakrishnan and Dr Renuka Ramakrishnan. I am currently managing the activities of the organization. Focussed on developing education, health and basic infrastructure, development of needy people in villages. I strongly belive service to humanity is service to god. We have supported more than 50 students for their education who have today grown in their career, conduceted several medical camps across remote villages, worked on infrastructure development such as building of bus shelters, water storage tanks, provided food for more than 1000 village people once every year during etc.... All of these activities have been done through our self funds generated from our family income. Show less

      Adding 200+ new clients with a collective business of $10 mn, identifying newer industries to serve (including vaccine manufacturing and e-tail), and newer markets - Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, successfully revamped the existing factories and making investment proposals to inaugurate manufacturing factories under ‘Make in India’ scheme worth $6 mn in Chennai which tripled our production capacity in 3 years time and increased local employment. During the covid, we had managed to open the factory with special permission from Govt to produce weighing equipments for vaccine manufacturers and succesfully managed the team and operations. Proud to have motivated the team during covid and announce no salary reduction across the company. Increased efforts of sustainable practices by monetarily incentivising our clients by giving buy-back scheme for used or old electronics, while on the other hand, we engaged suppliers who could recycle and help make our money back. It was a win-win for everyone - us, our clients, suppliers and the environment. There is so much more to do here and that is an area that I will continue to push. Making partnerships with new French companies. Successfully launched the PACKR France brand in India and we are appointed as an authorized distributor. Moving towards formation of JV. Show less I came back to focus on the Precia Molen’s India arm in which we have our family share-holding participation, which is a 25 year well-established 12mn USD business in India. My biggest challenge here was modernizing certain aspects of the business. Sales is mostly based on personal relationships and this often meant knowledge within the firm was tribal. By building and adopting a CRM system, we were able to solve problems of not losing information, transfer all customer history data to new employees, effectively manage our sales and service pipeline, and in short to be more system dependent than person dependent. I actively championed this idea and saw it through to execution for the first time in the company. Managed the key accounts and gave the confidence of continuity fo family business. Met more than 500 key customers from diverse industries.
