  "On This Spot NYC: Stories of Pioneering Women Artists" is a non-profit that creates short documentary videos of New York City women artists. As they are working on series two, which focuses on the Soho neighborhood, I was helping them gather high-resolution images and copyright clearance for many of these videos. My tasks involved reaching out to artist estates, studios, museums, and archival institutions through email; organizing Zoom calls; managing spreadsheets with all copyright information for each image; and organizing Google Drive files, such as invoices, images, licenses, and spreadsheets.
