May 2012 - Feb 2017I manage the relationship between the Project Manager, the Site Superintendent, the onsite subcontractors, and the architect. I handle the behind the scenes paperwork including submittals, rfi's etc. I gather pricing for changes and communicate with the architect on the project. I am in charge of keeping the plans up to date and ensuring all parties involved are aware of any changes. I assist the superintendent onsite and make sure he has all the information needed to do his job. I installed doors, frames and hardware. I assisted in and took the lead in laying out walls, footers etc. I fulfilled many different roles as needed by the site superintendent and the foreman.
