  Mr. Sy currently serves as a Chief Engineer for the Construction Material Testing, Special Inspection and Engineering Consulting service line for PSI nationwide. As a Chief Engineer to PSI's Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspection service line Mr Sy has demonstrated thorough expertise, experience and technical competency. Within his current role, Mr. Sy provides technical and operating guidance for PSI’s CMT offices across the United States. He remains as a subject matter expert in the field of Special Inspection and is currently working with several Engineering Industry Firms and Professionals to assist in building the DFW Area knowledge and implementation of Special Inspections. As with his other positions held within PSI, Mr. Sy continues to be a key individual of PSI's DFW Area Team to provide continued operations support, guidance, quality and safety review, pricing and budgeting, business and client development, as well as various field inspections, observations and assessments when required.
