At this struggling franchise (Budget), I learned a poorly run company with little regard for the hourly worker creates monumental operations failures that causes poor sales and quality product. I left budget to work for Hertz where I excelled at my job. No opportunity to advance was presented and I took a job in Westerly, RI.

  Hired for contract work the company was awarded, I worked at an airport avionics shop ordering inventory to facilitate Department of Defense contracts the company was awarded with the Airforce, National Guard, and Coast Guard facilitating Certificates of Compliance for DOD purposes.

  Oversight of 65 volunteers in 2 major ministries within in this active church in a military community. Preached (motivational speaking) and developed teaching in a regular basis. Served as Sectional Youth Leader with the Southern New England District of the Assemblies of God. Organized regular events, coordinated fund raisers, marketing and advertising for open volunteer positions. Vision casted and developed small group.
