Responsibility for onboarding Service Providers, reconciling Auto Integrate production errors, upon request providing a weekly activity report to dealers to assist them with reconciling their Auto Integrate activities with Michelin issued Delivery Receipts and following up with internal and external stakeholders to identify the status of missing credits. • Provided customer support to both internal and external users of the Maestro Platform. Maestro is a digital cloud-based platform that houses multiple offers designed to create a stronger, more effective working relationship between Service Providers, Fleets and Michelin.
