  Pro-Bono consulting for the prestigious IBM Corporate Services Corps program. In the 4 weeks of high paced assignment, Maneesh worked with the Government of Colombia, University of Magdalena team, to come up with an IT automation roadmap and a high level system design, for their Legal and Conciliation centre department.This will help the University team to serve 20-30% more residents with the same set of Internal resources, enabling the University to expand the reach of its University services program.   Maneesh led Global Oracle Retail and SCM Cloud Solutioning for IBM. He managed end to end global deals in the Oracle Retail Cloud/on-prem, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS,, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards space. He is widely regarded as a Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Retail, and Oracle SCM areas in the Oracle cloud space.He had special focus on digital offerings in the Oracle Service line, to come up with offerings, solution guidelines in the IBM Watson, Block Chain, and IOT space Solution Architect for a large FOAK(First Of A Kind) Program for one of the largest discount retailers in the UK. The footprint constituted Oracle Retail Cloud - Merchandising, ReIM, ReSA, RTM and Allocations. Maneesh was engaged in this program since the RFP stage, and was leading the solutioning of this deal from India.
