  I coordinated the sale and movement of Industrial Equipment; including forklifts, aerial equipment, and trailers. I was responsible for purchase orders, equipment orders, cross-check customer specifications, and order any attachments needed. I created lease and rental contracts, replaced retired forklift trucks with new trucks, and coordinating equipment delivery. I was in frequent contact with sale reps, the factory, vendors, and delivery drivers. Through my coordination, we increased output and reduced costs.   Intern Maintenance

  I worked as an Intern for quality assurance and ground operations. I assisted QA with filing audit reports and record keeping, both electronic and paper records. I was responsible for the latest revisions to the maintenance manual, cross-referencing changes and noting discrepancies. I used my technical writing skills to created task cards for maintenance, input airworthiness directives and service bulletins to our electronic records. For ground operations, I would assist with catering the plane and loading baggage. I was available on-call to assist when needed, all ground ops was completed safe and responsible. The Internship included maintenance training, with certificates on B737NG familiarization, Technical Writing, Internal Auditor, and OTJ training sessions. Show less
