Successfully completed 4 years at TVS sundram fasteners ltd on 11th July 2015. 2011 - 2012 Graduate engineering trainee. Played a role as product development engineer. Developed 2 gamma parts for General Motors which is life time achievement. 2012 onwards Manufacturing & process engineer.trained for FMEA,TS16949,DOE Successfully completed six sigma projects. Along with manufacturing process engineer playing a valuable role of TQM coordinator under the guidance of professor Y.Washio,Japan. Taking care of TQM activities & Trained by prof for design of experiments. Completed DOE project & presented to professor as one of the best project. Really feeling glad about myself.. Currently doing a projects for Hilite international and Volkswagen Germany. Expended knowledge to powder metallurgy. Key areas: * Powder metallurgy. * Machining. * Surface finishing process. * Surface coating process. * supplier audit and development. * procurement.
