  Worked as a Design EngineerPreparation of Design Drawing, Design information and Purchase Order.Cost Calculation and Co-ordination on sales, installation and Maintenance inquiry.Documentation, Computerization and Calculation of Stresses, Section modulus, Moment of inertia of various Elevator Parts.Making write-up operation / Maintenance (Operational / Maintenance Manual).Issuing Design Information to do corrective action by rectification in the factory/site.Ensuring that each project meets customer’s requirements with in an eco-friendly manner (ISO-14001 and ISO-9001).Significant achievements : HEES MD award winner for the Result Oriented Cost reduction design in 2002.To cater to the customer’s non-standard project requirements, I created variable drawings for all parts of the elevators (Car Door, Hatch Door, Jamb, Platform, Cage, Ceiling and Door machine).Since it was a big task to create fixed drawings (2D/3D) for particular projects, there was the necessity to create such drawings & it helped a lot for other projects too.
