  Managed a department of 35+ employees that combined 5 employability skills training programs; English Language, Life Skills, 21st Century Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Computer Skills. Responsible for management, development, and delivery of both 21st Century Skills and Career Readiness programs in partnership with Pearson. The result: After graduating from the program employer approval for student candidates increased significantly. All students who participated in the program increased their employability by 100%. All employers chose students trained in the program over ones who were not. Worked on designing, developing and delivering engaging content, training materials, training modules and teaching aids for various training courses. Trained Syrian refugees in partnership with UNESCO in English, 21st Century Skills, Entrepreneurship, and general Soft Skills.
