  1999.- Migrates to the United States and founds CAPP Community Awareness & Prevention Program, ambitious humanistic initiative for community outreach and personal awareness, focused on improving the participant’s well-being and quality of life based on the knowledge of oneself. Since then, thousands of people of all ages have enjoyed listening to him talking about love, life and the world we live in. His words have a profound meaning because are based on his life time personal experiences. 2002.- In coordination with Cameron County Juvenile Justice Authorities, has been proactive by implementing Truancy Programs to reduce the high rates of dropping out, bullying, drug addictions and juvenile violence.2008- 2015.- Facilitator of: "NEW HORIZONS Initiative" for BISD (Brownsville Independent School District) that consists of conferences, seminars, workshops, and a TV program, dedicated to outline guidance for parents in the adequate education and formation of their kids. In both, short and long term, the NEW HORIZONS Initiative promotes the necessary parental involvement guidelines to prevent and reduce the high rates of: dropping out, bullying, youth violence, drug addiction and domestic violence.
