This has helped me to engage with staff to roll out Microsoft Teams across the university. I have created and supported using teams with a varied level of academic and support staff, from the University Board to academic/student support teams. I have been heavily involved in the deployment of Surface Pro technology across the University by working with academics and support to enable the best possible user experience, with particular focus on bringing this technology into the classroom. I am training staff on how to use the latest technology within lecture theatres, enabling relay lecture capture and screen sharing functions all with the new Surface Studios, allowing lecturers to fully immerse their students in the content. Within the TELT team I have worked hard to engage with colleagues and continually share my knowledge and experiences so collectively we can offer a strong and consistent service across the university.
