  Headed donor relationship management team since 2015 with the donor profile of over 30 individuals and institutions. Initiated and accomplished the memorandum of understanding with Perspective 3000 (www.perspective3000.org), Netherland based INGO to work as a sister organization for social impact projects stationed in Nepal. Coordinated and managed donor fund with a portfolio of more than NRs 2.5 million for earthquake relief campaign and re-construction of Ms Shingha Devi Primary School, Bhulmutar, and Kavrepalanchowk. The project was accomplished in 3-month time which also ensured the active participation of local beneficiaries. This project also provided a direct employment opportunity for 3 people of the same community during the project period and directly benefited more than 84 students enrolled in the school. I collaborate with the management team to implement these strategies by formulating effective action plans.My role involves coordinating with professors, faculty, and staff to deliver quality management education by Pokhara University's regulatory framework and the University Grants Commission of Nepal. I am a liaison officer communicating with Pokhara University and other key stakeholders.I oversee the planning, execution, and control of activities to ensure collaboration between industry and academia. Additionally, I maintain and update a network of academic institutions nationwide to foster partnerships during admissions for undergraduate and graduate studies.I also teach finance-related courses at the graduate level, including Financial Management, International Investment, Financial Reporting and Analysis, and Management Accounting.
