      • Synthesis of pH- and temperature- responsive hydrogels used as column filler in affinity chromatography for protein separation. cooperation with Rzeszów University of Technology in Poland,• „Preparation and characterization of novel polymeric metallacarborane-containing nanocomposites”.Preparation of amphiphilic triblock copolymers containing pendant carborane cages in their structure. Boron can be used in the cancer treatment, but the problem is its hydrophobicity. The preparation of block copolymer by RAFT control radicalpolymerization makes possible to develop a buffer-soluble structure. This project was done incooperation with Pavel Matějíček Ph.D. and Mariusz Uchman Ph.D. from Charles University in Prague,• Reversible crosslinked rubbers contained liquid crystals in the polymer hydrocarbon chain synthesized by RAFT control polymerization. Mesogens are responsive for physical crosslinking via crystallization,• „Novel nanocomposite resins filled with functional stannoxane nanoparticles”. The project concerned synthesis of tin based nano-reinforcement, which besides mechanical improvement has unusual antioxidative properties at elevated temperature. Several types of matrixes: epoxy resins, acrylates, methacrylates, styrene and its derivatives were used for composite development. 6 publications describe those systems in details,• „SiOC ceramic foam from pyrolyzed polymer precursor as a core of thermally stable composite sandwich structures”.Ceramic foams were made from polysiloxane resins as preceramic precursors and mixed with epoxides. Macroporous structure achived after pyrolysis of silicon oxycarbide SiOC material was achieved. The structure was characterised by high-temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties. Designing and development of the 3D printed mould for injection moulding, • Modification of the resin for vat polymerisation with increased thermal conductivity and wear resistance,• Assembly of the sensor by stick and stamp technique via the robotic arm and conveyor belt mimicking continuous production system,• Process automatization,• UV adhesive development which can be used as 3D printing resinas well,• Extrusion of the bioactive filaments for FFF 3D printing, described in publication.
