Responsibilities : 1. Taking the requirement from Product Manager and converting it into a proper tech solution. Handling a team of 12 for developing rest api’s for B2B and B2C using php(silex).2. Migrated all rest api’s successfully to Java(Spring MVC) and develop micro services due to slow execution of php code. It was a crucial decision since it takes 1 month for me to research and come up with this solution. Since we are also moving to big data processing and also to develop rest api’s, I have chosen Java so that my team can work on both. 3. Build ETL where products from various domains synced into our system. Technologies that were chosen were kafka, flink and Spring MVC.4.
