Show less The Client Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for managing multiple client integration projects (e-commerce merchants) and their subsequent changes.Within the scope of a project, I manage the scope assessment, requirements gathering, end-to-end supplier boarding and coordinate the deliveries of a dedicated team of experts in the areas of Credit and Risk, Technical Integration, Legal, Pricing and Compliance.As a CPM, I provide support to clients in completing required KYC documentation required by Ingenico and its payment providers and perform operational tasks related to their project/change portfolio. The CPM role require remote and face to face merchant interaction and needs to be supported by strong communication and organizational skills. As a VAM, I have boarded new and add-ons to existing merchants with the various acquiring and alternative payment partners of Ingenico within agreed SLAsI Initiated and maintained the back-office and front office merchant configuration and set-up within the internal infrastructure. I have been as a second line support to merchant services for troubleshooting/errors reported by the merchants.Being in this role I had to work closely with the Implementation team and the credit-risk team.
