  Young Persons' Achievement Commendation Royal Aeronautical Society Nov 2013 This commendation was awarded for my pivotal role in designing and building an engineless, unmanned glider. The aircraft completed a 22nm glide from Ilfracombe, North Devon, to Lundy Island. The achievement, representing a new British distance record and a first in model aviation, was filmed for the BBC as part of a special episode of James May's Toy Stories, entitled 'Flight Club'
