During this process, I worked with subcontractors over a five-month time span to plan building construction as well as populate building with required physical plant that included electrical, dialysis water systems and water quality testing, dialysis machines, software installation and network configuration. I am currently responsible for entire facility maintenance that includes monthly audits of the physical plant and ancillary equipment, preventive maintenance and repair, software maintenance, inventory and purchasing of all medical and non-medical supplies.
