  Vincent Yeoh is a Director at ams-OSRAM’s department of Research and Development in Singapore. He is the country head for Test Development while also holding corporate role as Global Strategy Board committee, Technology Expert Team lead for Test, Global Resource Model project lead and Test Sourcing Team committee. His core specialization in setting up new sites and functions had brought him to successfully setup 3 factory sites, 2 OSAT Test sites, 3 Test and Characterization labs, multiple new functions, departments and teams surrounding test development, technology, failure analysis, roadmap definition and scouting. He has supported various new product lines setup in sensor, illuminator and visualizations industry, in the business context of up to billion dollars revenue. Besides being a strategic player, Vincent also passionate in research and inventions where he is holding various internal and external publications which had supported the company and customers to breakthrough many technical limitations.
