      Overall ResponsibilityKey Islamic Relief’s Representative in Dadaab Refugee Camp on Project Development, Monitoring, Reporting and Administration. Scope of the Role: Ensure quality emergency response and development programme in Dadaab in line with IR Country strategies and donor requirements.       The Field Manager will provide leadership and management oversight of Save the Children’s programme in various counties. The post holder will ensure effective management of programs, resources, staff and support functions in the field sites and will firmly institute finance, human resources and operations systems.
