First Partner YonYou solution Win in SQL Azure PaaS 150K Azure deal and first Iot partner deal with Advantech. Enable YonYou /Smartdot /Polycom for O365 CSP onboarding.Drive MBS business via Global ISV/SI KPMG/PWC.4. Partner ecosystem: managing vertical industry joint/cloud solution co-sell sales activities/GTM with partner’s sales organization and also align with account sales team to generate Cloud pipeline and revenue5. Developing detailed account plans and business management system to track the progress of pipelines from each ISV and SI partners and achievement to goals.6. Driving C-level, Product Team, Marketing and Field and Channel relationships; Establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions and prepare and present for business reviews to the senior management team at regular basis7. Maintaining the customer satisfaction and partner loyalty at high level and drive the win-win business result for both Microsoft and partners.8. Understanding the technical requirements from partners and work closely with the internal technical team to guide the direction of our product offerings. Evaluate and determine developer partners’ demand on product development support and leverage internal resource from both global and local team to provide effective and in time support-Enable partner Cloud competence and DPOR.
