An understanding of technology, and Service Management across any business area is beneficialMain duties:•Own Service Level Management between Business and Technology•Represent Technology to ANZ Business by engagement and supporting Business colleagues to increase their productivity through identifying opportunities for remediation of issues with Technology solutions.•Contribute to internal customer technology experience objectives through continuous service improvement initiatives.•Lead and drive Service Management initiatives including 24 x 7 availability, to assist with Major Incidents impacting Business and ANZ Customer.•Provide guidance, support and coaching of Service to NZ Technology teams.•Provide out of hours on-call support for Service Management.
