      I first joined a as a deckhand for 3 months then moved into the role of Chief Stewardess and Purser, the yacht was a very busy charter vessel to which I had to be versatile and adaptable to handle all the different demands of the guests. I had a team of 2 girls in the interior and 1 chef. I became the Captains Personal Assistant and to the Owner's and was responsible for the accounts and inventories, all interior detailing, provisioning, table service, laundry, training and setting stewardess schedules, liaison with guests for meals, activities and guests needs.When the owner bought Paloma I worked between the 2 yachts.       I joined Paloma straight into the role of Chief Stewardess and Purser I was the Personal Assistant to the Captain and Owner as the yacht was not under a management company. During my time on the yacht the captain decided to work part time and gave me the responsibility of Yacht Manger. For the first 8 years the yacht was a very busy charter vessel to which I had to oversee the requirements of the guests ensuring for a memorable time on board.I managed a team of 4 girls in the interior and 2 chefs which included the team's training and continuing professional development.I was responsible for hiring crew, provisioning the yacht, attending to guests needs and arranging guest activities, table service, menu planning, laundry training and setting schedules for the interior, stock control for the interior and galley supplies. I was managing crew salaries, vacations and courses, berthing in the season, dry docking period and liaising with contractors during refit period, clearance procedures and immigration requirements in the Caribbean. My role also included preparation of budget and financial management control based on the budget reported to the owners.I was also Involved in two major refits; the first in 2003 when the boat was purchased, then I had the responsibility of overseeing a second major refit of the whole interior in 2012.       When I joined Tugatus I had a team of 4 interior crew to which I was responsible for overseeing all interior duties, cleaning, heads & beds, laundry and co-ordinating and arranging the provisions for the interior and crew. I served and looked after the guests on-board which often ranged from 12-35 people. I also managed the accounts and inventories for the interior department. The boat went to Palma for a refit to which I was responsible for overseeing the interior during the refit, replacing all interior stock for new owner, budgeting, talking to contractors. Show less

      When I joined Forever One I managed a team of 3 interior crew , liaised with the chef for the owners requirements, and I served and looked after 8 guests. I was responsible for overseeing all interior duties, cleaning, heads & beds and laundry to which the owners where extremely particular about. I co-ordinated and arranged for the provisions for the interior and crew and managed the accounts and inventories for the interior department.

      Genesis is a dual-owned vessel with heavy usage by owners, friends and family. She was used continuously beginning in Easter in Malta and then cruising the Med extensively towards Turkey with little or no days between trips. I had the responsibility of preparing the interior of the vessel for the season and new owners making orders, buying products, liaising with the owners PA and preparing the interior to feel like a new home for the owners.I was solely responsible for the requirements and high-end service of the guests, liaised with the chef to which we catered for three weeks of parties serving up to 35 guests every day and hosted multiple other large groups and parties throughout the season. I was responsible for overseeing all interior duties, cleaning, heads & beds and laundry, arranging provisioning for the crew and guests as well as budgeting and oversight. At the end of the season I oversaw all the inventories for the interior, uniforms, preparing the galley for the winter period and generally stowing all the boat. Show less
