  I asset manage a portfolio of about fifty real estate assets across The Eastern Seaboard held in various trusts and estates on behalf of the clients of our main client, a top tier bank. Asset types represented include: single family homes, condos, co-ops and commercial ground lease interests. Responsibilities include coordinating capital projects ranging from small improvements to full renovations, engaging vendors for routine maintenance, working with the bank to secure insurance coverage, lease negotiating, coordinating appraisals and other inspections, tax certiorari proceedings, obtaining broker opinions of value going into dispositions and negotiating pricing with potential buyers.
