      A 2 year scholarship program conducted by TalentSprint, sponsored by Google. As a part of this program, I got a chance to learn various technologies and programming languages, interact with people from various backgrounds, get mentorship and guidance form tech experts, etc.

      Through the Road To Shine Program, I got selected to do an internship with Shinwa Metal, a Hiroshima Industry. I worked on automating the onboarding process of disabled employees. Particularly, creating a digital record of disabled employees so that the employer can understand the employee better and create an inclusive work environment for him/her. I used Google Data studio to create a report that helps visualise employee data. I was one of the 15 selected participants of the Road To Shine 2.0 Program conducted by T-Hub and Hiroshima Prefecture. Through this program I learnt things like vision description, problem identification, human centric approach, innovation, user interaction, idea refinement, etc.
