  Served as the primary Liaison Officer appointed by National Guard Bureau to the Cadets in the Early Commissioning Program of the Army ROTC detachment of VFMAC. Work with USAR and ARNG units to recruit and commission future officers into the Reserve Component. Look to recruit and select members of the Reserve Component to enter the ECP at VFMC to become potential officers. Work with Officer Strength Managers of various State ARNGs to process administrative data and human resources type packets to facilitate recruitment of officers. Serve as the alternate Military History Instructor and conduct Staff Rides to various battlefields to meet Military History Instruction requirements. Supported units and installations with multi-modal transportation support including rail, surface, and air modes of transportation.
