      Responsible for driving the commercial strategy and execution of the Taste Category across North America. I am responsible for achieving quarterly/annual sales goals, building strategic business relationships, and providing vision and executing on quarterly milestones and annual budgets. I manage P&L of key Principal partners to achieve annual budget, drive revenue growth and manage strategic direction. Main job responsibilities include leadership through matrix organization, relationship management, net margin growth, profit maximization, and business analytics I was responsible for a team of 8 individuals and through various initiatives surpassed all target goals by 20%. The inside sales teams was accountable for over 3000 accounts. I also maintained my own sales territory at the time which surpassed budget, and won an award for top Sales. I made in-person visits with my customers that were located within the GTA, and sales calls via the phone for Western Canada. Responsible for selling Principal products, reaching business targets, establishing rapport with existing and potential customers, as well as providing technical assistance. This role incorporates two positions as I was promoted from Canada-based role to a North American one mid-year. Principal and Supplier relations, with a focus on marketing and technical support to internal and external customers. Responsible for the industrial market including but not limited to pigments, additives, and oils.
