Not only do students interact with one another in intense breakout sessions, but they have to opportunity to work one-on-one with faculty members from around the country as well. Undergraduates and faculty from universities such as the University of Missouri, the University of Notre Dame, Texas A&M, Ball State University, Iowa State University, Westminster College and the University of Dayton in Ohio collaborate with one another to exchange effective leadership and learning strategies. The conference focuses on students who are serving as President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary or similar position in one of Mizzou’s 700+ student organizations. However, it also seeks to provide a stepping stone for students who are aspiring to be leaders in either a student organization or in the community.
