I gained valuable team-work, leadership and event production skills and pushed the society to win Society of the Year alongside a nomination for Committee Member of the Year.My proudest moment was seeing the play I had written with my writing-partner come to life before my eyes. The piece was a family pantomime and involved the pair of us developing the piece from initial conception, writing, editing, proofing and adapting with feedback from the cast and crew. Show less

“We’re not just selling venues, we’re telling stories.”I wrote this line when I started this role and, although disgustingly poetic bordering on cliché, I have tried to incorporate the philosophy behind it into my approach. The role allows me to blend my passion for comms and content with my logistical prowess for events.
