A key part of this process was identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies in the documentation before signing my approval.   Key Project 1: Travel Expense Tracking Tool Development • Project Overview: Developed a cloud-based Travel Expense tracking tool using SharePoint Online and Excel for better travel budget forecasting and executive decision-making. It automated data collection and aggregation for an entire Branch in a Department, including 6 Divisions, 7 Programs and the Branch Director General’s Office • Achievements: o Improved Travel Forecasting: Enabled proactive budget management, reducing overspending and optimizing resource allocation. o Compliance with Government Regulations: Ensured all cloud service usage adhered to government IT policies and cybersecurity protocols. Key Project 2: Development of Excel Based Automation Tool • Project Overview: Developed an Excel-based automation tool using VBA code to streamline the management and updating of multiple Excel workbooks, which supported the Travel Expense Tool and Project Workbooks.
