      The participation in the analysis of each year expenses data of the execution of State Budget at the level of provincial or central governmental institutions, doing Expenses charts to be included in the State Budget Execution Quarterly Reports, participation in the preparation of the Expenses charts for the General State Account, visiting the Provincial Directorates of the Plan and Finance for the verification and correction of public expense control system database, and monitoring the regularization of the forwarded funds by Treasury operations and the respective registration in the Public Accounting Information System. All these actions concurred for the early submission of the reports according to the deadline and the reports data accuracy.Budgeting, payments, Bank Account reconciliation, accounts rendering and activity reports, according to the International Accounting Standards. And to supply information to the external auditors. These actions concurred for the Institution being allocated more donations, and for consumables and office equipment acquisition.Participation in the “ e-SISTAFE “ (State Financial Administration System) lifecycle: identification and specification of the requirements and solution options, building events tables, developing the processes and the data models, building the system prototyping, solution verification, and system implementation as a part of Mozambique Public Sector Reform (eg.: the harmonization of data between the subsystems of Treasury and the Public Accounting during the visits to the Provincial Directorates of the Plan and Finance; printing and verification of the reports, and recommendations for improvements).
