  Responsible for leading routine O&M activities at 60MW (Siemens Gamesa G 114 2.1 MW x 30) installed capacity wind project as per Energy Purchase Agreement, agreed “Operating Procedures” and “NEPRA Power Grid Code”.• Planning and proposing Electrical and Mechanical System testing procedures of 60 MVA Power Transformers, 132kV SF6 CBs, Double Busbar Scheme, Instrumentation transformers, 10 MVAr Static VAR Compensator, WTG (Wind Turbine Generator 2.1 MW),33KV RMUs, 2350 kVA GSUs,33KV MV Switchgear and 33kV MV cable collection system as best practice to ensure proper health of the equipment i.e fit for the intended purpose.• Preparing and analyzing daily, monthly, and annual plant production and performance reports to evaluate system losses, capacity factor (38%), and plant availability factor as per EPA and O&M contract, thus achieving plant KPIs and P90 targets.• Calculating and verifying Non-Project Missed Volume (NPMV) MWh during plant curtailment events for monthly invoices and conducting monthly meter reading activities with NTDC representative.• Implementing the revised NEPRA Grid Code 2023 for the Wind Power Plant and ensuring that all technical parameters such as power factor (0.9 lagging), LVRT, HVRT, voltage, and frequency are within safe limits.• Planning and scheduling all preventive, corrective, and routine inspection/maintenance activities as per the weather forecast and wind speed.• Planning and ensuring the availability of critical spare parts (EBOP and WTGs) in the inventory through SAP.• Ensure Power performance of wind turbines by relative power curve analysis of wind turbines to observe the de-rating / performance of turbines during the high-temperature season and post-blade cleaning• Understanding and maintaining an up-to-date awareness of HSE policies regarding Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Job card, and Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO)• Conduct regular safety walks and ensure all activities carried out on site as per HSE Policy Show less
