  During my internship at PATeam, I worked for the administration in order to facilitate the search for new talent in different regions of the globe (France, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia...). Furthermore, I was able to identify areas of improvement, implement new ideas for the high performance experience of the players and train on the field the players during the high performance sessions.

  At WFS, I was working in the marketing department in order to promote, engage and communicate the insights of the platform's main football events by reaching out to speakers, partners and attendees. My main responsibility was to ensure the fluid development of the event as well as gather the most important aspects such as key points, statistics (number of attendees per stand, subscribtions on our NL) and interactions (questions, contingencies, etc.).

  At the beginning of 2024, I finally took the step to start coaching a youth soccer team in Aula CF, a football school where the objectives are not only focused in the sporting field, but also in the education and training of young players based on values with which I feel deeply identified with, such as companionship, respect, humility, or simply listening to others. Aula CF is a school for life aiming to impact young athletes all through a sport that allows people to connect and experience with others through the sense of belonging.This performance that I carry out as assistant coach of the Infantil A team binds me with a deep commitment to the development of young athletes, trying to motivate them to improve every day in the football and personal area, making sure to provide them with a playful, enriching and healthy experience so that they never lose their desire to practice sports and try new things.In addition to coaching, I also implement various data analysis projects football related, in order to improve the performance of the club's players, the training sessions and the teaching methodology to enhance this great vision that Aula CF has of combining soccer with child psychology.   Coordinador & Entrenador en Barça Academy Casablanca

  My role in the new Barça Academy in Casablanca, ranges from the organizational logistics and everything that entails, such as schedules, calendar, use of the field and creation of teams by levels and categories, to the training of teams in categories U6 to U14. Furthermore, the Academy also provides the teams with video analysis to deeply dive into the insights of every training, match or tournament in order to develop in a much more profound and professional way. In this area, I am responsible for the whole inniciative sorrounding the filming of the training and matches, the analysis of the data gathered and also the platform used to help the coaches see and study the information.
