I worked as an assistant researcher in eHealth Partners Finland project at the Department of Computer Science at University of Tampere. The job also included Master's thesis work on Pluralistic usability walkthrough in the usability evaluation of health information systems. I worked as a usability specialist at the Usability laboratory (http://www.cs.uta.fi/ulab/) of University of Tampere on various kinds of products on web and mobile platforms. My work included usability testing, expert evaluations and other related tasks.

  My work as the Group Manager for the User Experience Competence group and Mobile Competences Group at Digia Tampere included line management, site management, capacity management and competence development coordination of a highly talented group of Interaction Designers, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Mobile Developers and Testing Engineers.While in this role, my biggest passion was still for UX design and consultation. In addition to working as a project manager / scrum master for UX projects, I loved working as the designer with small to large teams to accomplish the best possible user experience for any product at hand. On top of UI design and concepting in many R&D projects, my job also included training / consulting a couple hundred developers globally in leveraging their mobile applications' UX to a higher level. My team innovates new digital services and brings them alive with a superior user experience to meet (and exceed) end user and business needs.My specialist role in projects includes concept design, requirements gathering, functional specification, user interface design, user studies and overseeing the software design process from a UX product owner point of view.
