      Weissman Scholar

As a Weissman Scholar at Babson College I worked on three separate projects focused on socio-economic development in India. -The first of three projects focused on understanding grassroots and legacy entrepreneurship in India using field visits, interviews, and photography.-The second project focused on exploring the energy challenges to rural development through field visits to stakeholders across the supply chain. The data acquired was used to design a prototype community center for a rural village that included a blueprint for decentralized energy generation. -The final project involved revisiting the site of the design to conduct a skill development workshop for 29 girls from the area: this enabled a deeper understanding of on-ground challenges impacting community development.
