  As a manager of the resource planning and reporting department my key responsibility was to manage a team of ten employees who delivered a wide range of analytics to the enduring operations. I was also responsible for working with clients to deliver commercials for reporting and scheduling requirements which suited both parties involved.While in management I restructured the team to cope more effectively with demand, optimised our communication process with the launch of a ticketing system, portal and knowledge base.
