I lead high risk-low frequency training scenarios and conducted Security and Risk Assessments alongside Police, Fire, EMS and Emergency Management. I coordinated communications for special events utilizing the unified command structure of ICS. I provided expedient business partner support to ensure seamless security and safety. I established, maintained and enhanced relationships with internal and external agencies/partners. I ensured processes were deployed and practiced according to SOP and SOG. I collaborated regularly with regional and civic leaders throughout Snohomish, King, and Pierce County. I refined a rapid stroke transport protocol program and initiated a case study that resulted in marked improvement over existing patient contact times. I managed direct reports (70+ employees) comprised of 6 Supervisors and 64 Telecommunicators.▪ TEAM SUPERVISOR: As an Operations Head, I gained experience in team management, regular employee reviews, managed constructive performance improvement processes, employee scheduling, payroll processing, and effective delegation of duties.
