With the main focus on building a sense of teamwork, developing individual skills and a strong feet on the street mentoring, I was also responsible for the articulation with KAM's, fixed costs management and team results. Reporting to the European Vice President, I had full responsibility of Wrigley's entire Confectionery business in Portugal (Marketing, Sales, P & L). Having as main task the negotiation and articulation between the boards of Mars Portugal, Wrigley Spain and the European top management of the two companies of the group. Responsible for the company's most important portfolio, chocolate bars and biscuits, focusing on Snickers, Twix, Mars and Bounty brands. Reporting to the Marketing Director with great autonomy, ATL and BTL, articulation with the sales team, with the local Management Team and with the European Marketing structure.
