  A student-run agency in which we chose various pathways for ourselves and worked with both internal and external stakeholders. We get to choose what projects we want to be a part of and work in:Past Projects:-Plot-A-Thon (PAT): Responsible for the design and creation of promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, posters, and brochures for the event. Collaborated closely with the team, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet project requirements.-California Mountain company (CMC): Conducted comprehensive interviews across various departments to determine an optimal database solution. Conducted both internal and external interviews gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data using excel to formulate and present the final solution.-Entrepreneurship & Small Business Institute(ESBI): I worked on CSUCI’s first Startup Weekend, creating banners, flyers, and t-shirts and overall planning. As well as the Happy Hour with an Entrepreneur where we would hold hour-long informational interviews with different entrepreneurs and their experiences for students to gain knowledge and learn from. -Martin V Smith School of Business & Economics (MVS) & Santa Rosa Island Research station (SRIRS): Oversaw social media social media account undertaking responsibilities in content creation, strategic planning, analysis, posting, and content approval.-MVS Alumni CRM: In this Project, we were tasked with deciding on and creating a CRM platform for the school of Business using the data they have on past and current students. We used excel to clean and analyze the data, then airtable to make interfaces, then constant contact to create an intake form.-Adobe Pathways: Pathway is where I gained knowledge in the tools adobe has to offer, such as photoshop, illustrator, and many of what one can design in adobe creative cloud. I also got the opportunity to lead a cohort in the summer of 2022 for 6 weeks which I taught the group how to create & use the software. Show less
