  Managed NBCU’s CRM project intake pipeline, and shaped strategic projects from business case and ROI to completion and handover. Part of a thought leadership team executing digital transformation of CoE team to NBCU Enterprise Product team, aligning CRM portfolio to NBCU’s agreed strategic data and app architecture. Co-Creation of NBCU Salesforce CoE, with responsibilities centring on creation and evolution of a globally scalable partner consultation and delivery process and its supporting artefacts using Kanban/SAFe. Ensured frictionless handover to delivery and support teams, and sourced new initiatives from business partners through tailored engagement and illustrative POCs and value-add knowledge of SFDC features pipeline. Commenced alignment of non-US SFDC orgs onto globally agreed SFDC architectural framework. Documented key business processes on existing instances; and created new Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of disparate user bases, and match global NBCU SFDC consolidation imperatives Optimised and centralised support for UK-based SFDC orgs and designed a local intake and delivery process to facilitate alignment to NBCU global SFDC orgs. Focus on delivering efficiencies and distributor transitions in the Home Entertainment supply chain, and delivery of first SFDC project that centralised and optimised UPCG’s green-lighting of licensed content. Onsite Japanese-speaking support of NBCU’s purchase of Geneon Entertainment, responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping, business partner and IT leadership reporting and Business Partner training in Japanese Foundational knowledge base in NBCU's tech stack, customer service skills and agile problem-solving.
