      I was in charge of Microsoft´s new consumer product initative - to create demand and overall engagement around devices within the Windows platform, through driving strong PR-, marketing-, event- and sales activities of PC´s, tablets and other devices , both locally and on a Nordic level. I had staff responsibility.One key pillar to succeed in this role was my strong ability to form strategic partnerships.I had close relationships with key industry partners like Intel, Asus, HP, Acer, retailers, distributors and more, and I was constantly focusing on joint strategy planning, initiatives and events to secure strong sales! In this role I had a tight collaboration with both Microsoft EMEA and industry partners in EMEA to reach all objectives.During my tenure, we saw a significant increase in awareness, demand, sales and hence also market share of Windows devices. Show less In this broader role in a completely redesigned consumer products organization, I was evangelizing the "Consumer Channels Group´s" vision and strategy.I worked with long term strategy planning and sales and marketing of a more extensive product portfolio - including Xbox, Windows, Office, PC accessories and by then also Surface and Windows Phone. I had a pivotal role in successfully launching, for Microsoft, a whole new business division from scratch - Surface! I was leading CCG´s Retail Growth/New Channels Group with customers like traditional retailers, E-tailers, FMCG and new potential customers.I had staff responsibility.I was working on an international level across EMEA with one of our major customers.
